The first step in configuring the Capsule CRM integration is to obtain your Capsule CRM API key.
First, log into your Capsule CRM account, then click on your name at the top right corner and then on My Preferences to display the Preferences Dashboard/ finally click API Authentication Tokens.
Under Personal Access Tokens, click the Generate new API token button.
Give the token a Description, make sure that the "Create, update and delete information from your Capsule account" option is checked and click the "Save new Token" button.
Copy this token and have it ready when you set up the CapsuleCRM integration in StaticForms.
Now you have your API key, setting up the CapsuleCRM integration is easy.
On the main Dashboard, click the “cog” icon to start editing the form.
Scroll down to the Actions section and click on the Add Actions button then select Send to Capsule CRM.
Give the action a name and paste the API key you obtained earlier in to the API Key field.
Map the Capsule CRM fields to your form's fields using the
name attribute you gave each field. The email address field must be mapped, but all other fields are optional.
Then save the settings. Your integration is now active!
