To view submissions, click on the form name in the Dashboard.
At the top of the Form Submissions Dashboard you will see a chart which shows you some information about the submissions you have received for the selected form. You can change the time period and Staticforms will scale the chart to show data aggregated either daily or monthly.
Underneath the chart is the submissions inbox and spam folder. Click on the tab to switch between them.
StaticForms will display the 25 most recent submissions by default, but you can change how many submissions are displayed, change the sort order to display the oldest submissions first, and search across any field in the submission for specific text.
You can click on the menu icon next to any submission to archive it. Archiving a submission removes it from the inbox or spam folder, but does not delete it. If you archive a submission by mistake, drop us an email and we will recover it for you.
Identifying spam using honeypot fields or Google reCAPTCHA isn't 100% reliable. If spam sneaks through in to the inbox you can click on the menu icon then on Mark as Spam to move it to the spam folder.
Similarly, if a submission has been incorrectly classified as spam, you can click on the menu and "Move to Inbox".
